Did a cool ride on July 4th with the Shaker Group and ended up with 75 miles. Saturday was my daughters b-day, so I did just a ez spin on the rollers. Sunday did 50 miles with Ross including some (8 or 9) hills in and around Chagrin Falls. Ended up with 14 hours or so for the week. Took Monday and Tuesday off and planning to do the Spin ride tonight. We'll see how it goes.
