Feeling Good

Went to Mohican SP on Monday and did the 25 mile loop. IMO, it is the best trail in Ohio. It features about 4,000 feet of climbing. The Mohican 100 and 100k start with this loop. I did it in about 2.5 hours keeping my average speed over 10mph.

Tuesday raced at Westlake and ended up with 56 miles in about 2:25 for a 23 mph average which includes a few warm up and cooldown laps. Took Wednesday off and yesterday evening I did hill repeats up Berkshire Road (3) and Old Mill Road (2). Hoping to get a spin in today and tentatively planning to race XC at Vultures Knob Saturday evening.

Later,
BRD
