Fasting Update

I broke down and ate a hard boiled egg last night and some watermelon. Still feel pretty good...who needs food anyway. I may be developing an eating disorder. Weighed 187 this morning. For reference, I was 185 most of 2007 and got as low as 180 for 24 Hours of Big Bear and a few other times. About a year ago, a trainer did a pincher test on me and calculated that my body fat at 175 lbs would be 7-8%. I should probably get an update on that.

I did an hour on the trainer this morning. 10 min warm up, 10 in Zone 2, 10 min zone 4 30 sec on/off, 5 min recovery, 10 min Zone 3 fast pedal, 10 min cooldown.

I killed it at work today, super focus and got a lot done. Maybe I'll eat something.

I tried to quit caffeine. I got withdrawals so now I just drink less caffeine, but some every day.
