Felt pretty good this morning so I did a EZ 45 minute trainer ride just to keep the legs loose. Maybe feeling hungry in the morning is not that much worse than being hung over from too many beers the night before? Did a 20 min warm up, then 15 mins of Zone 2/3 fast pedal, then 10 minute cool down.
Weighed in at 189.5 this morning, down from 198 Tuesday morning. Took some Endurolytes last night just to keep the electrolytes balanced (thanks Gary). Have also been taking vitamins. Twice a day I am drinking 1-2 tablespoons of chlorophyll to help with digestion. I am also drinking twice a day 1 tablespoon of liquid bentonite clay, as it has iron and helps absorb toxins that are in the blood stream which speeds up the elimination process. I picked up these tips from Speedpacer, a fast and serious cat from Florida, who will be some stiff competition at 12 Hours of Santos on 2/17/08.
Energy and mental concentration is pretty good this afternoon. We are supposed to have dinner with some friends tomorrow night....oh shit!
