I guess I am a bad blogger. Been busy at work, took a week vacation down in Myrtle Beach, SC and am now getting back into the swing of things.
A summary of my training:
Wk of 2/27 - 11.5 hrs (this was good week of training with some long rides on weekend.
Wk of 3/6 - 11.5 hrs (Same as above)
Wk of 3/13 - 6.5 hrs (Getting busy at work and losing motivation
Wk of 3/20 - 4.5 hrs (Trained M, T and W then Left Friday for vacation in Myrtle Beach)
Wk of 3/27 - 2.5 hrs (Took bike to Myrtle Beach but did no ride it. What's up with that??
Now I am back in the swong of things. After this week only 9 weeks to 24 Hrs of Big Bear. The plan is to ramp up the hours, 11 this week, 12 next, 13 after that, 14 after that. Then a rest week, them 15, 16, and 17 before an easy week the week of Big Bear.
