Ended up with just under 11 hours for the week. All on the trainer/rollers due to cold weather. I need to suck it up and get outside.
Monday 45 mins of ez spinning.
Tuesday was 1:30 with 4 x 7 Fast Pedal and 9 mins of 30 secs on/off.
Wednesday was 2 hours with intervals.
Thursday was 1:30 Zone 1 and 2.
Friday was off.
Saturday did 1:30 hours Zone 2 in the morning and another 40 mins on rollers in the evening.
Sunday was 3 hours on rollers for 50 miles. Mixed in some 5 x 1 min Zone 3 & 4 efforts with 1 min rest and 6 x 90 secs Zone 4/5 efforts with 90 secs rest.
Weight is holding steady between 180-182. Missed yoga last week but am doing it this Thursday.
Trying to drop another 3-5 lbs in the next 2 weeks before Razorback.
