Ended up with 12 hours for the week which includes 1 hour of yoga on Thursday night. Only did 3 hours on Sunday on trainer...did not feel like going outside, plus wanted to put some time on new bike. Had a pretty good workout, did 2 x 20 min tempo, 3 x 8 min fast pedal and 2 x 10 min leg tension. Did one set with front wheel elevated on my new trainer.
Also did a lot of walking up hills as I took the kids sled ridding both days over the weekend.
Volume is about the same compared to last year at this time with 110 hours in 13 weeks.
Weight is coming along. 182 this morning. 2 lbs a week gets me around 175 by Razorback.
