Been trying to get back into some more consistent training. Here is what I have been up to:
Saturday – 1.0 hours of intervals at during the 1/2/3 race at RATL. Ride hard, get dropped, recover, repeat x 4.
Sunday – 2.5 hours on the road bike with some hard efforts and climbs. Snowville, Quick, Chippewa climb (3 times).
Monday – 1.5 hours on mtb with climbing (Bedford single track x 3; Gorge Parkway x 2 plus 1 other gravel road climb.
Tuesday – 1.0 hours on mtb. Did Old Mill West 6 times (4-5 mins) with recovery on way back down (2-3 mins).
Wed – Today sneaking out for some more climbing.
Thurs – Planned workout is 2 x 25 min Temp/Thres
Friday – Am ride with Brent
Saturday – RATL Cat 1/2/3. Another dose of suffering.
Sunday – Mothers Day. Maybe sneak out later in the day.
