Weekend

We had our team meeting Friday and I stayed out way too late. As a result, I did not get a ride in Saturday. However, I did get outside for a solo ride on Sunday for 4.5 hours on the new Specialized Epic. Hated for the maiden voyage to be in the salt and snow, but need to get log some miles on it. For the week, I ended up with just under 14 hours, with plenty of intensity
